Steel doesn't lie. Welds don't forgive. That's why every stage is logged.
Mild steel plate is procured exclusively from SAIL-approved mills — IS 2062 grade A/B, hand-selected for every project. Every coil arrives with mill test certificates (MTCs) for chemical composition and mechanical properties. Our metallurgist verifies thickness with ultrasonic gauges before any plate enters the cutting bay. Premium-grade raw material — no compromises, no substitutions.
Heavy-duty plate-bending rollers — 2000mm × 25mm and 1800mm × 16mm capacity — shape flat plate into precise cylindrical shells. Each shell is checked for ovality and diameter against drawing tolerances before passing to the welding bay.
Certified welders execute full-penetration SMAW/SAW joints on every longitudinal and circumferential seam. Visual inspection is standard. Critical seams undergo DP testing for surface defects. No grinding to hide bad welds — every seam stands on its own integrity.
Every tank is filled to 100% capacity with water and pressure-tested for the duration specified by IS 4860 / PESO norms. Zero seepage tolerance — even a sweating weld means rework. Test results are documented and signed off before any tank leaves the shop.
Tanks are loaded with proper bedding and tie-down on hydraulic trailers for safe road transport. Our team handles last-mile delivery across Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha and Chhattisgarh — with on-site installation and commissioning support included.
